Upper East Side Blast Site Priced at $8 Million

The Upper East Side lot where a suicidal doctor allegedly leveled his town house by setting off a gas explosion is on the market for $8 million. Nicholas Bartha, 66, who died five days after the July 10 explosion, hoped to prevent his former wife from benefiting from the sale of the 124-year-old house on East 62nd Street.
