A Bloody Frightening Halloween

A Bloody Frightening Halloween

By Pamela Jacobs

Looking for a real scare this Halloween? Do you enjoy eerily realistic scenes of horror that evoke the true creepiness of the fright-night holiday? Blood Manor is NY’s best haunted house experience, where brave visitors wind their way through a dark maze of rooms filled with live, hauntingly scary people waiting to surprise and frighten you at every turn. The scenery is amazing—quite realistic –and the creativity is boundless. You’ll swear you’ve landed in a horror film. Guests are even given 3-D glasses through which the walls and props come to life in a “3D Circus of Horror”, and everything becomes that much more real, and frightening.

Blood Manor is not a corny, amusement park-style haunted house—it’s as close as you can (safely) get to the real thing. It’s also not for young children or those who don’t enjoy screaming! This Halloween, before you head to the parade or the party circuit, pay a visit to NY’s scariest, most elaborate, most authentic fright fest, if you dare.
Blood Manor is open through November 6; on Thursday, October 28, they are open from 7:30pm-1am, on Friday and Saturday they are open from 7:30pm-2am, and Halloween Sunday, they are open from 6pm-2am.
Blood Manor is located at 542 W. 27th St., b/w 10th and 11th aves.; visit www.bloodmanor.comfor more information
