By Christopher A. Pape

As many of you know, writing is a challenging profession, but it can also be extremely rewarding, especially in Hollywood, where a screenwriter can produce hit after hit and stay in demand for years. I had the very fortunate opportunity to speak with Cinco Paul and Ken Dario, the team behind such hits like Despicable Me, The Lorax and the soon to be released Despicable Me 2. I appreciate their candor and hope you like the piece as much as I liked interviewing them.

By Isaiah Negron

Artist and jewelry designer Judith Murat is reaching new creative heights and venturing into mystical lands she never thought she would travel to. No stranger to the spotlight, Judith spent 25 years as one of Eileen Ford’s top models. She then decided to explore another artistic arena after moving to Palm Beach, creating oil paintings and sculptures of her family that included her late husband and five children. Her artistic expression helped her cope with the reality of becoming a widow. “It helped me stay sane and normal, at that point, it was either sink or swim,” she laughed.

The term prima donna may not have the best connotation attached to it, but in the strictest sense of the word (first lady of the stage) Isabel Leonard is one. Not only is she beautiful and talented, she exudes a calmness that is extraordinary when you consider just how much in demand she is.
